All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your original purchase.
- Authorization and a RMA number from Weis Fire is required for all returned product. Email email@example.com or call 888-689-9347 with the order number and specifics of the return for approval.
- After receipt of returned merchandise a refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the item. Exceptions are as follows: If the product has been put into service or is not returned in its original condition the item will be shipped back to you. Returned merchandise must be received in the unopened original packaging with no sign of use. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
- The customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees for product being returned unless an error was made by Weis Fire. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment from the customer.
- Restocking fee may apply to returns.
- Clearance items are non-returnable.
- If you are uncertain if an item is returnable or not, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-689-9347 prior to placing the order so we may assist you.
- Upon receipt of a damaged shipment notify Weis Fire immediately.
- Items that are thought to be defective will fall under the manufacturer’s warranty if one is available. Return the item after following the above steps and we will send it to the manufacturer for evaluation. Based on the manufacturer’s results a repair, replacement, or a refund will be at their discretion.
